The mission of The Rylie V. Rutter Foundation is to provide hope, stability, and support by assisting individuals who are living in, or seeking access to, sober living facilities. 

We believe recovery is not defined by the completion of treatment—it is strengthened every day through safe housing, meaningful relationships, personal accountability, and the opportunity to build a new life.

Our Foundation is dedicated to ensuring that individuals in recovery have access to stable, substance-free environments where they can continue their journey with dignity, confidence, and purpose. We recognize that sober living homes provide far more than a place to stay. They offer structure, encouragement, peer support, and the foundation necessary for lasting recovery. By helping remove financial and practical barriers to these essential resources, we strive to give every individual the opportunity to focus on healing and rebuilding their future.
