The Rylie V. Rutter Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization which we have formed in honor of the memory of our beloved son. 

Our goal is to provide scholarships for treatment and sober living, job training and other services to help those striving for recovery.

We are committed to supporting, educating and promoting recovery for individuals and families struggling with substance use disorders, and

To reduce  the social stigma surrounding frank discussion of addiction and substance abuse, while raising awareness about the dangers of an increasingly contaminated drug supply.
