The Rylie V. Rutter Foundation
The Rylie V. Rutter Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit established in loving memory of our son, Rylie. We honor his life by supporting individuals and families affected by substance use disorders with compassion, clarity, and practical resources.
Recovery Support
We believe recovery is possible — and that no one should walk that path alone. Our foundation helps individuals access essential services that strengthen their journey toward sobriety, including:
• Counseling Services
Mental‑health support and therapeutic counseling to promote emotional stability and healing.
• Healthcare Services
Assistance connecting individuals to medical care, treatment programs, and substance‑use disorder services.
Education & Advocacy
Education and advocacy are central to our mission. We work to create informed, resilient communities through:
• Raising Awareness
Reducing stigma by encouraging open conversations and sharing real stories of recovery.
• Educational Initiatives
Helping families and communities recognize early signs of substance use disorders.
• Advocacy for Change
Collaborating with leaders and organizations to expand access to treatment and influence meaningful policy improvements.
• Addressing Contaminated Substances
Providing education on the dangers of contaminated substances and promoting harm‑reduction strategies that save lives.
Our Commitment
The Rylie V. Rutter Foundation exists to carry Rylie’s light forward — offering hope, support, and a path toward healing. By raising awareness, reducing stigma, and expanding access to care, we empower individuals and families to seek help and embrace recovery.
Together, we can create lasting change and strengthen the lives of those we serve.
